In
this episode of The Truth Is Viral, host Bob Powell reveals language
buried deep inside Executive Order 13603 which gives the Federal
government the legal authority to force any person into a de facto state of
slavery. According to this Executive Order, the President, or those he
designates, can conscript "persons of outstanding experience and ability
without compensation," in "peacetime and times of national emergency."
In a nutshell, that means that Barack Obama, and those he designates,
can seize any resource, property, or person at any time for any reason,
including forcing that person with labor without being paid. There is
only ONE word for forced, "uncompensated employment." That word is
slavery.
This

law enforcement officers to uphold the oath they took to "Protect and
Defend the Constitution of the United States," by defending the citizens
they have sworn to protect, even when the aggressor is a Federal

"Beware the new and full moons," Berkland says in this exclusive interview. The "maverick geologist" says that 20 of the last 25 "megaquakes" have occurred on the dates of new and full moons, the result of "equinoctal tides," extreme gravitational forces that cause solid earth to expand and contract much as ocean tides rise and fall.

Gun Rights Supporters Gather On The Steps Of The Michigan State Capitol In Lansing
On January 26th, after Robert LaVoy Finicum was brutally murdered at a "Deadman's Roadblock" outside of Burns Oregon - an action that is against law enforcement policy at both the federal and state level and has resulted in a Department of Justice Inspector General's criminal investigation into five FBI HRT snipers who shot at Finicum's vehicle, and then lied about it to Oregon state investigators - the FBI rounded up dozens of protestors who had been at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and/or the standoff at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada two years ago, and charged them with multiple felonies.
Many of them are being held without bail, including journalist Pete Santilli, which is an unconscionable assault on their rights to a speedy trial and the notion that Americans are innocent until proven guilty. Thieves, rapists, and murderers get bail, so why are the Bundy Ranch/Burns protesters different?

According to KSL TV, Special Agent Bretzing was the subject of a criminal investigation at his previous duty station in Salt Lake City. According to this report, Bretzing was accused of mishandling classified materials, just like Hillary Clinton.
Mark McConnell says that he was in a second vehicle that was also stopped as the two car convoy was headed to a meeting with a Sheriff in a neighboring county who was sympathetic to the issues raised by the Bundys. Please take his testimony with a huge grain of salt – maybe a shot of your favorite alcoholic beverage – as he lies for the government and says LaVoy Finicum “charged” at police.
Methinks Mr. McConnell is not as smart as he thinks he is. I also think he should consider disappearing for a while, because a lot of people are very upset with him.

18-year-old Gospel singer Victoria Sharp and documentarian Shawna Cox, two women who were actually inside the vehicle that was ambushed, both state that McConnell, whose description of the ambush has been taken as Gospel by the mainstream media, was lying through his teeth; that over 100 rounds were fired into the vehicle long after LaVoy Finicum lay dead on the ground. Shawna Cox states that she believes it was McConnell who set them up for the ambush.

After everything that has been exposed by first-hand eyewitnesses, I believe that a prima fascia case exists to charge all those who participated in the murder of LaVoy Finicum with premeditated 1st degree murder, the attempted murder of the rest of the occupants of the vehicle, and a slew of other charges.
Thanks to the footage provided by the FBI, it is clear that LaVoy Finicum exited the vehicle with his hands up and presented no threat; but was mercilessly gunned down by pre-positioned snipers nevertheless.
The insane number of rounds that pelted the vehicle after Finicum was down, even though not a single shot was fired at law enforcement – which totally goes against the Oath that Sworn Officers in Oregon must take - indicate a desire to kill every occupant of that vehicle, and is, in and of itself, evidence of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and felonious armed assault under color of law in furtherance of a criminal conspiracy.
The People demand to see photographs of the vehicle, after-action reports from the officers involved, all audio recordings and body camera footage of the event, and the immediate suspension without pay of every officer involved pending a true independent investigation by an outside body and formal charges in a court of law. We demand that an investigation also be launched into the mysterious death of Shawna Cox’s son-in-law.

The FBI has used Santilli’s live streams as part of the evidence used to indict those at the refuge with various federal crimes, and some have used this opportunity to attack Santilli as being an FBI mole or “Douchebag Turncoat.”
Well let me tell everybody something right now: I know Pete Santilli as well as I know anyone. When my wife died last August I was lost and did not know which way to turn. The woman who had been the center of my life for more than a quarter century was gone, and I had no idea how to move forward with my life.
It was Pete Santilli and Deb Jordan who took me and my son in, breaking bread with us and making us feel at home, in their home. Those who are perpetuating these lies about Pete Santilli, who I consider to be one of the bravest, most patriotic, and most dedicated alternative media journalists out there, are NOBODYS.
I already smacked down Vinnie Eastwood and Susan Posel, who refused to come on The Truth Is Viral to defend their claims that Pete was a thief and an FBI informant once; but now they are hopping on this new bandwagon, hoping to ride on Pete’s coattails a little bit longer to supplement their normal 15 viewer audience base.
Another publication has called Pete a “Douchebag Turncoat.”
“Hannibal Smith,” a coward with a shady history as a “journalist,” and has assumed the character of the leader of the A-Team as his nom de plume, has taken the lead in assassinating the character of Pete Santilli. Writing for Newsfoxes.com, which only came online last August.
"Hannibal Smith" claims that he is “the voice of I.W.I, the group of individuals who stopped several flag burning, anti police, and anti veteran movements in 2015. In 2016 I write for New Foxes while keeping watch over various extremist movements.”
Let’s overlook the grammatical errors in Smith’s bio on NewsFoxes for a moment, and simply take a look at him. Pete Santilli and I have no problem putting our real names, faces, and reputations on the line when we report the news, so why does “Hannibal Smith” choose to hide behind a pseudonym and a photograph of George Peppard?
Because he’s a LIAR, that’s why. “Hannibal Smith” can disappear, change his name, and start writing fantastic bullshit under another name, and many of you people buy it because you are desperately looking for someone to blame. "Hannibal Smith" is no journalist, and never has been. At best he’s an anonymous hack, the Sorcha Faal of the Patriot movement. If I were you, I’d avoid anything he publishes like the plague.
My long time viewers know me, and they know I don’t lie. The UN estimates that at least 20,000 missiles were stolen from Gadaffi’s armories in the days and weeks after his death, including Stinger-type MANPADS that can be used to target civilian, as well as military, aviation. It's
been a month since my beloved wife DeLynn passed away, two days after
our 25th wedding anniversary. She fought a courageous battle against
colorectal and liver cancer for almost three years, taking every type of
chemotherapy they could come up with, along with "home remedies" said
to fight or even cure cancer.
Thousands of people from nearly every Christian denomination prayed for DeLynn's healing.
Muslims prayed for her healing, as did viewers of other faiths;
Atheists and Agnostics sent "good vibes" and "healing thoughts."
When she was brought home for the last time, from hospital to in-home
hospice, we had an evangelistic Protestant minister come over to lay
healing hands on her. He used Holy Water and oil blessed by the glove of
Padre Pio that had been sent to us by a Catholic viewer several months
ago as our entire family gathered around her bedside praying for her
recovery.
I thought we had all of the bases covered, and that
it was only a matter of time before I witnessed the miracle we had all
been praying for. When DeLynn awoke from the coma she was in during the
minister's visit and played a game of Yahtzee with us, I thought that
miracle had been realized.

Me, DeLynn, and all of the kids - and each of us spent time talking with
her. Alone. I was full of so much hope, she was so alive!
Then
she said, "I'm tired. I think I'm going to lay down for a little bit."
She lay down, she closed her eyes, and never woke up again.
At
the time, I didn't know that she wouldn't wake up again. Since she was a
diabetic, making sure her sugar remained around 300-400 (the level
recommended by Hospice to keep her comfortable) was a challenge since
she could not eat and IVs were not allowed under their rules.
For the last two days of her life I checked her sugar every hour, giving
her insulin, or putting gelled sucrose on a swab and putting it in her
mouth, whatever the readings on the glucose monitor indicated.
Controlling her pain with oral Morphine and keeping her blood sugar
between 300-400 became an obsession. It was the only thing I could
control as the cancer continued to sap her strength.
Saying Goodbye: Our Last Moment Together
Finally,
the entire family came to me and asked me to stop. They knew what I
refused to accept: DeLynn was gone, and all that was left was an empty
shell kept alive by sheer force of will; hers and mine combined. I was
being selfish, prolonging her suffering, and it was time to let her go
Home.
Exhausted, I agreed. I stopped monitoring her blood sugar
so closely and six hours later her heart stopped beating and she was
really, truly, gone.
For the last month I have struggled to
come to terms with this new reality: My wife is with Jesus and no amount
of begging, pleading, or cursing, is going to change that. The light of
my life has been extinguished. The woman that has been the rock-solid
center of this family as wife, mother, and best friend, is gone. Just
gone.
I just noticed that I've used the same word several
times in rapid succession, a no-no for any decent writer; but "gone" is
what she is to me. It's how I feel. The word conveys, to me, a sense of
purposelessness, that her death had no meaning other than to hurt and
take away from those who loved her.

Had she been healed, I
would have been on the air 24/7 praising God and proclaiming proof of
His existence through my wife's miraculous healing. Now what do I have
to proclaim? Thousands of people praying for her, laying on of hands
through the Holy Spirit; and a beautiful, gentle, 58-year-young child of
God still dies.
Where's the miracle in that? If I ever find it, I will let you know. Maybe all we rated was one last game of Yahtzee.
I want to thank everyone for their prayers, and the condolence cards

and my wife within a month of each other - both to colorectal and liver
cancer - right after losing my 24-year-old daughter to a heart attack,
has been a blow. If I took a stress test I'd probably score in the "Why
hasn't your head exploded yet?" category.

has in store for my life, but I have come to the realization that my
happiness doesn't mean that much to Him, not in the "short-term" anyway.
He is interested in my long-term Salvation, and yours too.
I
don't know how God will use me to spread His word in these very last
days, but doing His will, glorifying His holy name, is all I have left.
As I did after the inexplicably tragic death of my daughter, I am going
to turn the direction of The Truth Is Viral over to the real
"Editor-in-Chief," Jesus Christ, the Son of the One True Living and
Almighty God, and let Him take me wherever He will.
With the
help of the Holy Spirit, and supported by your prayers, I will
"Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome." With the help of Almighty God,
together we will "Save lives and win souls for Jesus Christ."
