You’ve gotta be smart to work at the FBI and the Department of Justice, right? To be a federal law enforcement officer, a federal prosecutor, or a federal judge, you’d have to demonstrate at least some common sense and the ability to think logically – not to mention discharging your duties with honesty and integrity - wouldn't you think? Wouldn’t you hope?
Then why do they keep making the same mistake, over and over again, utilizing every resource available to the government of The United States of America to pursue murderous grudges against people they don’t like, simply because they can?
I remember growing up watching television shows like Dragnet and Adam-12, and movies depicting Elliot Ness and his “Untouchables,” and my parents and teachers always told me that the police were the good guys. I believed that, I really did. Before I joined the Marine Corps I even took a year of criminal justice at the local community college because I wanted to be one of those heroes.
But the murders of Randy Weaver’s wife and 14-year-old son at Ruby Ridge by an FBI sniper shocked me, and they shocked a nation. It was the first time I can remember thinking that federal law enforcement could be heavy-handed, corrupt, and unfair. It was also the first time I remember hearing about militias, because those events caused people to swell their ranks in record numbers.
Along with the rest of the nation, I witnessed more unnecessary violence by the US government which eventually led to the massacre of 76 men, women, and children at the Branch Davidian compound in Waco Texas. The murders of those innocents by federal agents at Waco led to another massacre of 168 innocents in Oklahoma City as retaliation by Timothy McVeigh.
In both cases, the deliberate escalation of violence by the government was totally avoidable. Randy Weaver was sitting on top of his mountain and wasn’t going anywhere. David Koresh went into town regularly, and could have been arrested at any time. Peacefully. But the government wasn’t interested in peace.
As we witnessed most recently at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, federal law enforcement wanted to conduct the most “militaristic” operation possible.

What could possibly make someone so angry that they would purposely park a truck bomb directly below the Alfred P. Murrah building’s day care center, or murder completely innocent police officers as they sat down to eat lunch? I’ll tell you what: Elements of the federal government felt that the law did not apply to them, they killed innocent people, and the murderers got away with it.
For example, Hostage Rescue Team sniper Lon Horiuchi shot Vicki Weaver in the face at Ruby Ridge. Armed only with her baby, Horiuchi snuffed out Mrs. Weaver’s life for no apparent reason. The federal government was eventually forced to pay her family One Million dollars after that illegal shooting.

But was Horiuchi charged with a crime for illegally killing Vickie Weaver? No, he wasn’t. Instead, as congressional testimony revealed, he was deployed to Waco Texas where he fired at unarmed Branch Davidians as they tried to escape their burning compound.
And that is what set McVeigh on his murderous path.
By thinking themselves above the law, by acting like unaccountable bullies with badges, out-of-control elements of the federal government created monsters like Timothy McVeigh, and Amanda and Jerad Miller, who were kicked out of the Bundy Ranch for being too “extreme” weeks before they killed two Las Vegas police officers and a civilian.
McVeigh and the Millers felt the only way they could get justice, to restore the rule of law and hold the government accountable for the outrageous, deadly, and unnecessary tactics they used, was through violence. Terrible, murderous, violence.

As much as I deplore the reality of the situation, the unconstitutional, shamefully unethical, and illegal, actions of prosecutor Steven Myhre and the tyrannical dictates of "judge" Gloria Navarro are going to have the same effect on some deluded soul, or a group of real extremists, and they will have the blood of innocents on their hands.
By their blatant persecution, not prosecution, of the Bundys, they are creating new monsters. I fervently pray that everyone who sees this will heed my words and join me in decrying offensive violence against anyone, but reality must be faced if we are to be honest with ourselves.
Timothy McVeigh
There are really bad people out there that call themselves, "Patriots," when they are anything but; people who, like Timothy McVeigh, are willing to kill innocents in order to realize their own brand of, "justice," and the persecution of the Bundys being led by Myhre and Navarro is feeding their hatred of the federal government at this very moment.
It would be a horrific if a federal building were targeted and innocents were slaughtered as McVeigh did when he blew up the Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City, or if some psycho decided that assassinating individual federal employees would be a good idea. Those scenarios are evil, plain and simple, and if I read the Bundys correctly they would rather sit in prison for the rest of their lives than have anything like that perpetrated in their name.
But it's not up to the Bundys, is it? They literally have no say in the way their prosecution unfolds. No, it is the responsibility of the federal government to give the Bundys a fair trial, so that no extremist can use their actions as an excuse to seek justice through violence. If they don't, any innocent blood shed in the future will also be their responsibility, and that blood may be their own if some psycho wannabe “Patriot” decided that assassinating individual federal employees would be a good idea.
I’m not alone in recognizing the prosecutorial misconduct of AUSA Steven Myhre, who took his most recent defeat personally, and put his own grudges against the defendants on the record, when he called Eric Parker a “slithering coward with a gun,” or the judicial tyranny of Judge Gloria Navarro.
Throughout all of the Bundy trials, Judge Navarro has twisted and perverted the law and the rules of evidence, suppressed the testimony of multiple defense witnesses, official records, and radio communications, and videos of the BLM’s deployment of heavily armed agents assaulting the Bundys and their supporters. She suppressed any reference to the Constitution or disgraced BLM special agent Dan Love - who led the assault on the Bundys despite a direct order from his chain of command to, “stand down” the day before the cattle were released – in order to give the government every conceivable advantage.
Just recently, acting in his capacity as the Bureau of Land Management lead investigator into what really went down at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, Special Agent Larry Wooten “routinely observed… a wide-spread pattern of bad judgment, lack of discipline, incredible bias, unprofessionalism and misconduct, as well as likely policy, ethical, and legal violations among senior and supervisory staff at the BLM’s Office of Law Enforcement and Security.”
Wooten further observed that those supervisors, “…made a mockery of our positions of special trust and confidence, displaying extreme unprofessional bias which adversely affected our agency’s mission and likely the trial regarding Cliven Bundy and his alleged co-conspirators, and ignored the letter and intent of the law. These issues also likely put our agency and specific law enforcement supervisors in potential legal, civil, and administrative jeopardy.”
He stated that Love indicated who was to be killed first at the Bundy Ranch on an “Arrest Tracking Wall,” which had the pictures of Erick Parker and Cliven Bundy with “X’s” marked through them. Love also kept a gruesome, trophy “Kill Book,” in which he kept mementos from people who had killed themselves as a result of Love’s thuggish tactics during, and in the aftermath of, “Operation Cerberus Action.”
When Wooten tried to submit his 17 page report to his superiors, the documents and electronic evidence he had gathered to go with it were seized from his office and he was removed from the case at the “furious” insistence of AUSA Steven Myhre. I believe that is obstruction of justice, Mr. Myhre.
It’s been proven that the prosecution in the Bundy case “willfully” withheld exculpatory evidence on at least six occasions. And this isn’t the first time that lead prosecutor Myhre has withheld evidence favorable to the defense. Myhre was also found to be guilty of Brady violations in the 2003 case US v. Chapman, when he withheld 650 pages of evidence from the defense. A mistrial with prejudice was the result.
When prosecutor Myhre appealed the decision, the appellate court commented, “This is prosecutorial misconduct in its highest form; conduct in flagrant disregard of the United States Constitution; and conduct which should be deterred by the strongest sanction available.”
I don’t know if Myhre ever was sanctioned for his misconduct, but if he was, the punishment obviously did not deter him from offending again.
In the Bundy case, over 5,000 documents and electronic records were withheld from the defense. Some of them of them show how Myhre lied in the charging documents when the Bundys were originally indicted, others prove that he has continued lying – to the defense and to the judge – since the trials began last year. Still others confirm the deployment of snipers in the hills around the Bundy Ranch well before the “standoff” occurred, even though Myhre had denied their existence.
Finally, even Judge Navarro had enough of the prosecution’s lies and declared a mistrial in the case of the Tier One Bundy defendants. She will decide whether to try the Bundys again, or dismiss the case with prejudice on January 8th.
The government has spent millions of dollars trying to put the Bundys in jail at the urging of former Nevada Senator “Dirty Harry” Reid, who stood to profit financially from the destruction of the Bundy Ranch. Its agents have shamed themselves, and their respective agencies, with their unethical, immoral, and illegal conduct. The prosecution has repeatedly lied to the defense, and to the court, with “willful” intent and malice aforethought, and then threw petulant temper tantrums like a three-year-old child after convictions were not obtained.
They have disgraced our Article III courts from which Americans expect integrity and the concept of, “Equal Treatment Before The Law,” and that can not be allowed. Lady Justice must not be swayed by biased, religiously bigoted, and ethically-challenged agents looking for any excuse to play, “operator,” and get into a gunfight. She must not be swayed by prosecutors who will do anything to win a case – Justice be damned - and she must not be swayed by tyrannical judges who twist the law so as to allow such abuses to remain hidden from a jury.
Now that exculpatory evidence has been properly disclosed, and the unethical, unconstitutional, and illegal antics of those who conducted the government’s roundup of Bundy’s cattle has been exposed, and now that an investigation into the conduct of federal officials in charge of the Bundy case has been ordered by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, it is high time for Assistant US Attorney Steven Myhre and Judge Gloria Navarro to stop persecuting the Bundys, and drop the charges against all of the remaining defendants. Based on the new evidence that has come to light, those already convicted and serving time must be freed.
Justice demands it.
Even the juries approved by the prosecution have taken note of the third grade grudge the federal government is taking out on the Bundys and their supporters, and they have acted accordingly by refusing to convict them. There is no reason to believe that the government will be any more successful against the Bundys should a new trial be ordered by Judge Navarro on January 8th, especially now that the defense has access to the exculpatory evidence previously withheld by the prosecution.
To Judge Navarro and (now, former) AUSA Myhre, I can say only this: I don’t know what Harry Reid has on you that has made you throw away every last bit of Honor and Integrity you ever had, or what you think you owe him, but destroying your own careers with your blatant disregard for the Rule of Law is simply foolish, not to mention illegal and sanctionable.
If any blood is shed in response to the persecution of the Bundys and their supporters, the responsibility is going to rest directly on your shoulders. Just stop it, already. Admit to your mistakes, honor your oaths to the Constitution, and let Justice prevail, before somebody gets hurt.

Then we are going to talk about the
traitors in our midst, specifically the FBI informants at the Bundy Ranch as
well as the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon where the Bundy family
was found not guilty for their part in the peaceful occupation of the refuge
last September. Many of the informants have been outed in trial testimony and
reports in both the mainstream and alternative media, but a federal judge in
Oregon has ordered that information taken down.

President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration protesters are planning
an anti-capitalist march, road blockades and disruptions to inauguration

Those of us who have been
watching the rise of these groups over the past year remember how the DNC and
John Podesta emails, leaked by Wikileaks along with gripping undercover video
published by James O’Keefe of Project Veritas, proved that George Soros had
donated almost a billion dollars to Black Lives Matter and other violent
terrorist groups, an amount that far exceeds the 25 Million that he had donated
to the spectacularly failed campaign of Hillary Clinton.
If Soros can’t buy a
candidate he can control, his only option is to prevent the one he can’t control
from assuming office, or from being able to govern effectively should his plans
for Inauguration Day fail to prevent Donald Trump from assuming the Presidency.

Maj. Gen. Errol Schwartz
One particularly disturbing development
about the inauguration has been published in the mainstream media. The Maj. Gen
Errol Schwartz, the commander of the District of Columbia’s National Guard
unit, was apparently fired by the Obama Administration effective the moment
that Donald Trump takes office.
Some mainstream media outlets have tried to
pin the blame for his unprecedented ouster on Donald Trump. The only problem
with that idea is that as of this moment, Donald Trump is not President and cannot
order the Military to do anything until he actually becomes the
Commander-in-Chief.
“My
troops will be on the street,” said Schwartz in an interview with The
Washington Post. “I’ll see them off, but I won’t be able to welcome them back
to the armory.” He said he would “never plan to leave a mission in the middle

Under the best circumstances, the changing
of a unit’s commanding officer is bound to cause a little confusion; but
changing commanders while troops are in the field conducting operations is
fraught with danger. I have no hard intelligence to prove this theory, but it
is very possible that the Obama Administration tried to get Gen. Schwartz to do
something that did not sit well with his conscience; perhaps something that was
blatantly treasonous.
If you remember, during his term as
President, Barack Obama has fired hundreds of flag and general officers because
they refused to pass his Litmus test; whether or not they would fire on
American citizens. One of the generals that Obama fired was 4-star Marine Corps
general James Mattis, Donald Trump’s choice for the new Secretary of Defense.
If I know James Mattis at all, and I think I do, right about now he’s looking
for a little payback.
Declared or not my friends, we are already
at war. Ephesians 6:12 states that, “we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness
of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
But folks, I’m here to tell you that this
war is being fought on multiple fronts, from freakshow Rosie O’Donnell’s call
for martial law to prevent Trump’s inauguration, to the mainstream media, which
is desperate to find dirt on Trump. Communist Hollywood celebrities are going
apeshit with butthurt on the internet and TV, and charges of #FakeNews flying are
around like fur in a cat fight.
The biggest #FakeNews story since the
election broke last week with allegations by CNN and the ultraleft blog
Buzzfeed that Donald Trump is being blackmailed by the Russians after hiring
Russian prostitutes to perform disgusting sexual acts involving urine on a bed
once slept in by Barack and Michelle Obama.

OK, obviously that was a joke; but how can
you not laugh at this latest, despicable attempt to delegitimize the presidency
of Donald Trump?
What isn’t funny is that the story about
the Russian hookers, dubbed #GoldenShowersGate by Twitter, was passed on to the
FBI by none other than Arizona Senator John “Songbird” McCain, the same neocon
traitor that has been helping Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama arm ISIS terrorists in Syria.
When people blame, “the CIA,” or “the FBI,”
for plotting schemes, whether against Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, they don’t
realize that these agencies are not monolithic. At this very moment, patriotic
men and women all throughout the government – civil and military - are engaged
in a power struggle against those who have sold their souls to the globalists,
for the future of the country.
Even the LA Times has published reports
describing how Pentagon-backed rebels in Syria are engaged in combat with
rebels financed and trained by the CIA. The entire “Arab Spring” had very
little to do with freedom from Arab dictators. From Tunisia, to Egypt, to
Libya, and now Syria, the Obama administration has been supporting the Muslim
Brotherhood political, along with its ISIS and al-Qaeda military wings, as they
have overthrown one Arab leader after another. The ultimate goal of this
strategy is to surround Israel with radical Islamist regimes to prepare what
the Book of Ezekiel calls the “War of Gog and Magog.”
This strategy of destabilization was first
revealed by the Luciferian Mason, Confederate General Albert Pike, in 1871.
Pike, by the way, is the only Confederate General to be honored with a statue
in Washington DC.
I trolled the Rev. Al Sharpton by
challenging him to demand that the statue be taken down in the aftermath of the
Charleston church massacre that led to the destruction and removal of
Confederate memorials across the South, a movement led by Sharpton’s National
Action Network. He never responded. Sharpton is also heavily bankrolled by
George Soros.

O’Keefe said on Twitter that he had turned
the raw video tapes over to the Washington DC Police Department, the FBI, and
Homeland Security. I see a felony conspiracy being planned, a terrorist attack

I am not a prophet by any stretch of the
imagination, but folks it doesn’t take a prophet to see that we are indeed at
war, and unfortunately, we are at war with other Americans who are totally
devoid of reason, spoiled children that throw temper tantrums if they don’t get

to make Pike’s vision of WWIII come true.

No front in this war is more personal for
me than the one being conducted against American Patriots by factions within
the federal government. Friends of mine have been imprisoned for nearly a year
without bail for daring to stand up to the federal government and say, “That’s
far enough.”
One has to look no further than the disgusting persecution of the Bundys for
their actions at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and at their own home in
Bunkerville Nevada.
The first set of defendants in Oregon including the Bundys, were acquitted by a
jury of their peers, but more defendants are set to go on trial in Oregon in
February.
Charges against my friend and fellow
journalist Peter T. Santilli were dropped the day before the trial began, but
he was held in custody to answer similar charges for the standoff at the Bundy
Ranch in 2014. That trial is scheduled to begin on February 6th, and
I intend to be there to cover it.
Before we get into the meat of this next
segment of the treacherous informants embedded within the Patriot movement, I
need to make an announcement.

T. Santilli has been held in federal custody without bond since January 26th,
2016, the day that LaVoy Finicum was killed.
He has been in custody as a
political prisoner for nearly an entire year, as have more than a dozen others.
Even after the government dropped the charges against him in Oregon, Pete was not
given the opportunity to post bail. He was transferred to rot in a federal
detention facility in Pahrump Nevada. His requests for bail have all been
denied.
This is a clear attempt by the government
to intimidate other reporters who would dare broadcast anything that might get
in the way of their agenda, and I am here to tell you that it will not succeed.The US government spent millions of dollars
to turn Marines like me and Pete Santilli into the kind of men who will just
not give up. Ever. Well now they are going to get their money’s worth.
I intend on covering the Bundy trial in
Nevada when it begins on February 6th, and that is going to cost
money that I do not have. I maxed out my credit and took out a $3,000 loan so
that I could cover the trial in Oregon and the Sioux pipeline protest at the
Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in North Dakota last Fall that I’m still paying
on, and the only way I will be able to go to Nevada is with your help.

I stood up to an Assistant District
attorney in Florida who hidden exculpatory evidence that would have proven that
a boy he’d charged with attempted rape and attempted murder was actually
innocent, just to protect his reputation.By the time I was done reporting what I and
the defense team had uncovered ,the story had received national attention, the
boy was freed with the apologies of the court, and the prosecutor was fired and
eventually disbarred.
After the State of Michigan nullified the
indefinite detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act, I
stood up to my own Congressional Representative, Dr. Dan Benishek, because he
continued to vote for the NDAA, which allows the US military to arrest any
American citizen without a charge, hold them indefinitely without a trial, and
even send them to foreign countries where they would undoubtedly be tortured.
I refused to take his silence as an answer, I even chased him to Washington DC
when promised interviews never materialized. That fat bastard hid in his office
rather than face my absolutely legitimate questions.
I think he finally got the message that I was not going to let it go, and a
couple of weeks later, after three years of me badgering him, Congressman Benishek “abruptly resigned” his position in the middle of his reelection

FBI Informant Mark McConnell
After
warning fellow Patriots in Arizona not to associate with proven FBI informant
Mark McConnell, I was asked in a thread the other day, "Why do you care if
someone is a snitch, or if we associate with them?"
To
which I replied:

polite question deserves a polite reply. My motto, my mission, laugh if you
must, is to "Save Lives and Win Souls for Jesus Christ." Some might
think I don't act much like a Christian, they ask me "What would Jesus
do?"
Well,
I seem to remember that Christ once "fashioned a whip," indicating
forethought, and then proceeded to flip over tables and beat the shit out of
the moneychangers.
I
blame the Marine Corps for my mouth.
Information
is power, literally, the power to save lives, and the best way that I can help
people is to make sure that they get the straight scoop in a country where the
MSM lies on the daily, and agent provocateurs are employed against the People
by the federal government, leading otherwise well-meaning Patriots into sketchy
situations so they can vilify an entire movement.
Admitted FBI informant Terri
Linnell told me, on the record in the video above, that the FBI was paying her
to spy on Oathkeeper meetings. Oathkeepers! An organization mostly comprised of
former military, current and retired law enforcement, firefighters, and other
first-responders.
Don't
you see how dangerous that is, to have spies in our midst? Read a history book
sometime, look up the KGB, the Gestapo, and the East German Stasi. Nobody knew
who to trust, they were fearful that anything they said might be reported back
to the state, and they lived in fear.
I
will not allow my children to grow up in a country where one branch of law
enforcement spies on another, where people who still revere the Constitution
and the rule of law are put in fear of their lives, or as in the case of LaVoy
Finicum, lost their lives.
If,
and I say again, IF, TSHTF, and we have to go into battle, don't you think it's
a good idea to trust the man, or woman, on your left or right with your life? I
do, and so does anyone who has ever taken an oath and served their country. I
will not go into battle with anyone who has not proven their worth to me. I
think asking for a name is a small step in that direction.
I'm
doing you all a favor here, I'm trying to save your lives. I, and several others,
have PROVEN that Mark McConnell cannot be trusted. He is a liar, a snitch, and
a miserable excuse for a human being. As stated previously, associate with him
at your own peril.
I first outed Mark McConnell the night that LaVoy Finicum was murdered (at 12:49) by the Oregon State Patrol and the FBI’s Hostage
Rescue Team at a “Deadman’s Roadblock” that violated policy for both agencies. I may not be a prophet, but after more than 30 years of gathering news I know a
liar when I hear one. My assertions were proven when testimony during the first
Oregon trial by an Oregon State Trooper revealed that McConnell was indeed an
informant.
Journalist Gary Hunt
Since McConnell was exposed, journalist
Gary Hunt has been hunting down and exposing other informants using trial transcripts,
FBI “Confidential Human Source” reports, and other information that he obtained
from discovery evidence that was provided to the defense.
In the past few days, 9th
Circuit Judge Anna Brown has ordered Hunt, who lives in California, to remove
his reports from the internet. He has refused, even doubling down by putting up
.pdfs of his meticulously detailed research detailing what he knows about more
than half a dozen informants up on his website for anyone to download. http://www.outpost-of-freedom.com/informants.htm
If something should happen to Gary Hunt, or
the information that he posted on his website as a journalist protected by the
1st Amendment, I will repost it myself in defiance Judge Brown’s
unconstitutional order.
I have never seen the raw documentation
that Hunt used to compile his reports, and at the moment I don’t want to as it
might put me in violation of the judge’s order, unconstitutional as it is; but
as a journalist I have a responsibility, and the right, to publish what I have
seen. I may not have seen the raw data, but I can certainly report on the
information I have seen already published on the internet by Gary Hunt.
The genie is out of the bottle Judge Brown,
Pandoras box has been opened, and the horse is out of the barn. There is not a
thing on Earth that you can threaten me with, so I’d suggest that you, and the
rest of the federal government, back off of journalists before you end up like
former Assistant State Attorney Peter Neil and Congressman Dan Benishek: As a
trophy on my wall.
