In Michigan, state level Representatives and Senators voted unanimously to nullify the NDAA - UNANIMOUSLY, on both sides of the aisle - which should indicate to anyone how deadly serious this issue is, and how the People of the state of Michigan feel.

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed that legislation into law two years ago, yet Representative Benishek continues to vote in favor of the NDAA. The People of Michigan demand to know why Dr. Benishek has turned his back on his constituents, consistently voting to allow the federal government to kidnap, indefinitely detain, and perform "extraordinary renditions" of US citizens to foreign countries where they would most likely be tortured.

For a man whose campaign slogan was, "Standing up for the citizens of Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula," he sure has a funny way of showing it. Torture And The Patriotic American Christian

When I see photos and video of innocent people being beheaded I understand what Evil is, and the Marine in me wants to bring all guns to bear to destroy it with extreme prejudice, using whatever means necessary; going all Jack Bauer if need be in order to protect innocent life. The Christian in me says I must temper my righteous anger so that my actions reflect the Judeo-Christian values I hold and endorse.

"Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord."

So I've been torn on the subject of "torture," particularly when innocent lives are at stake. I remember watching an episode of "24," where Jack Bauer had a man with critical information tied to a chair. This man was a hardened jihadi, time was running out, and Jack set up a video feed that showed the terrorist's family also tied to chairs - with guns to their heads. The man's child was among them.

The man still refused to talk, so Jack ordered his partner to execute the terrorist's wife. A shot rang out and the wife fell back in her chair, out of frame. Jack made it plain that the boy was next to die if the terrorist didn't talk.

He talked and millions of people were saved.

After he spilled the beans though, it was revealed that the wife had not been hurt at all, that her "execution" was a bluff, thereby preserving Jack's status with the audience as a Patriotic hero rather than as an amoral merc.

Was that "torture?" A similar scenario in the recently released report on Enhanced Interrogations says that it is, and that the technique was actually used on a detainee. I don't think that it was torture, nor do I think that the force-feeding of a hunger-striking Kahlid Sheik Mohammed via peanut butter enema was torture.

Some of the EI techniques however, like waterboarding, are torture, having been recognized and implemented as such since the Inquisition.

Having given it some thought and prayer, I have come to the decision that we as a People are better than that, that Christ wouldn't be very happy with us were we to use some of the techniques used by the CIA; techniques that broke down not just the victim, but even those who were implementing them.

We must also consider two other aspects:

1. If any of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, or Marines are captured by the enemy, we won't be able to justifiably complain about their treatment if the US condones true torture. As we found out after WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, our enemies don't always play by the rules. Stories about the torture of American prisoners by State actors, despite the fact that they were signatories to the Geneva Convention, are commonplace and well documented, so we can't guarantee how our prisoners are treated in the future either.

Non-state actors like ISIS and al-Qaeda will never conform to international law as it relates to the treatment of prisoners. Nevertheless, we must maintain the moral high ground or we forfeit our right to complain at all when our sons, and possibly daughters, are being held by a hostile force.

2. As Christians, and simply for being Christians, we are considered possible "domestic terrorists" ourselves. Those Christians who "bitterly cling to their guns and Bibles" are of particular interest to the Dept. of Homeland Security, having been classified a greater threat than Islamic extremists. Do we want to have these techniques applied to us as they might be under Executive Order 13603?

ISIS Terrorists Behead Christian Women And Children In Iraqi Genocide; 350K "Under The Knife"

The UN estimates that up to 50,000 Christians and members of the Yazidi minority, along with Shia and Sufi Muslims, have fled to Mount Sinjar in northwestern Iraq. The mountain is completely surrounded by ISIS terrorists and the terrified civilians have been issued an ultimatum: Convert or die. There have been reports that ISIS has offered to let some Christians live if they paid a religious "jizya" tax, but when they came forward with the money they were robbed and murdered anyway.

In response to the impending genocide of Christians in Iraq, American President Barack Obama authorized air drops of humanitarian aid to the beseiged Christians on Mount Sinjar and, reluctantly, also authorized air strikes on ISIS positions. While this action from Obama is indeed welcome, observers have to wonder what took him so long. ISIS has been ravaging Syria and Iraq for many months, destroying shrines holy to all three Abrahamic religions and murdering anyone - Shia and Sufi Muslims included - who refused to bend a knee to their bloodthirsty god and bloodthirsty religion. Entire Christian villages like Maaloula have been wiped out and tens of thousands of Christians have died; tortured, raped, crucified, and beheaded.

The images embedded in this story and in the video are absolutely tame compared to the horrors this reporter has seen while researching this story. ISIS terrorists are tech-savvy and are not the least bit afraid to upload evidence of their atrocities to the internet.

Men, women, and even children - little girls no older than six or seven - have been beheaded by these Satanically-inspired animals for holding onto their faith and refusing to renounce their Savior Jesus Christ. The males are often crucified, the females nearly always raped before being killed or sold into sexual slavery, as a war prize, to the very terrorists who killed their families.

The souls of these brave Christians are, without a doubt, the ones spoken of in the Book of Revelation, which reads in Chapter 6, verse 9:, "I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.”

Arabo has been desperately trying to arrange safe havens to which persecuted Christians in Iraq and Syria can flee. "All we want is to wake up in the morning, say an Our Father and a Hail Mary, and not have to worry about being beheaded," he said. "Many thousands have already fallen under the knife."

Islam: The Religion of Peace?

France is offering asylum to Iraqi Christians, and Arabo is lobbying to get other European countries on board. "We can not, in good faith, tell Christians that are being persecuted and beheaded to stay where they are. 350,000 Iraqi Christians are in imminent danger," Arabo continued. "We have to do what we can as human beings, with a human heart, to make sure that we pray for them, contact members of Congress, the President, and even the United Nations, to get the world community to come together and offer these people a home."

These facts are not going unnoticed by an American public that has become increasingly aware. Despite the best efforts of the lamestream media to suppress knowledge of the event, most people with a computer are aware that 1.3 million bikers recently thundered through the nation's capitol. More importantly, Congress is aware. They must have heard the bikes. Because of the Park Service refusal to grant a permit for the demonstration, it took nearly 6 hours for all of the bikes to complete their tour of the Capitol. Next week, America's truckers are going to make their stand. It will be interesting to see how the mainstream media will hide the fact that the nation's highways have been shut down for several days.

Before they returned to the halls of Congress, many Representatives and Senators held Town Hall meetings with their constituents. At one such meeting in Arizona, Senator John McCain came face-to-face with, and was savaged by, several angry constituents, one of whom said that if he had the power he would charge McCain and any other member of Congress who stood with Barack Obama on his Syrian policy with treason.

Congress needs to understand that the People have awakened. We are watching them, closely; and we expect them to uphold the values and represent the interests of the American People, not support the very people that have declared themselves the enemies of the United States. Our elected representatives need to know that if they continue to align themselves with Barack Obama, if they continue to allow him to arm terrorists, then THEY will be held accountable.

Navy Yard False Flag Massacre - FULL CCTV Footage

On September 16th 2013, the FBI alleges that a lone "disgruntled employee," who has also been labeled a "conspiracy theorist" for his belief that he was being targeted by mood-altering ELF (Extra Low Frequency) waves, brought a shotgun onto a highly secure military installation and massacred 12 people.

The FBI has released CCTV footage that they claim was taken on the morning of the 16th as Alexis was about to begin his rampage; but except for a couple of unidentifiable individuals at the end of the hall in one scene, there are no other people seen, odd considering that the building was supposed to be full of people. This footage could have been recorded at any time, and proves absolutely nothing except that Alexis was in the building at some time in the past.

CIA Spy: "Iranian Regime Responsible For Boston Marathon Bombing," More Attacks To Come

A former CIA spy who had once been embedded inside the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and maintains contacts within the regime today, says that a highly placed source inside the Iranian intelligence apparatus has said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is responsible for the bombings at the Boston Marathon that took the lives of three people and injured 176 more, many of the injured suffering traumatic amputation. 

Reza Kahlili says that the United States was warned months ago that these types of attacks would take place, and that the Iranians see President Barack Obama as weak, and unwilling to confront Iran in a shooting war. If, however, war does begin between the Islamic regime and the United States and/or Israel over their nuclear program, Kahlili says there are scores of al-Quds trained terrorists already in position in the United States just waiting for orders to strike soft targets like malls, movie theaters, and critical infrastructure around the nation.

UPDATE 4/19/13 -: In a story released on World Net Daily today, the CIA spy featured in this interview says that just because the bombers were Chechen does not mean they were not controlled by Iran. Kahlili has said, even in this interview, that the Iranians use proxies all of the time; most famously Hamas and Hezbollah, so that if the terrorists are captured or killed, there is no evidence linking them back to the Islamic regime.

Also, recall that the Iranians tried to use a Mexican drug cartel to assassinate the Saudi Ambassador in Washington D.C. a couple of years ago. Add that to the fact that Chechens are fierce fighters who have ZERO compassion for innocents as evidenced by the Beslan Elementary School Massacre, and that they go off to wage Jihad for the "fun" of it, and Kahlili may still be right.

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments, and ceding authority to offices funded by, and accountable to, the Federal Reserve.

For bypassing our own Legislatures, and declaring himself invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever, including our very right to Life, President Barack Hussein Obama has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against Us.

President Barack Hussein Obama has plundered our economy, ravaged our industry, and destroyed the lives of our people. During his first term in office he has carelessly spent as much money as every President that preceded him combined. With a National Debt topping 18 Trillion dollars Our Great Republic is teetering at the precipice of financial collapse due to his wanton disregard for the solvency of the Nation.

President Barack Hussein Obama is at this time forming large Armies of Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

President Barack Hussein Obama has quashed all attempts at Justice aimed at a violent Black Nationalist organization known as the New Black Panthers who have intimidated voters at polling places, called for the Murders of white citizens, and have issued "Dead or Alive" rewards; felonies ignored by the Department of Justice at the behest of the President seeking to inflame racial tensions in the United States.

President Barack Hussein Obama, by power of Executive Order signed on March 16 2012, has re-instituted the abominable practice of Slavery in the United States; the wording in the Executive Order is plain for all to see: "to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation." (Sec. 502) Forced Labor without compensation is abhorrent to the sensibilities of the Citizens of these Sovereign States and will not be tolerated.

President Barack Hussein Obama has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, and the Sovereign States of the Middle East, the merciless Savages of the Muslim Brotherhood and their military wing known as al-Qaeda, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

President Barack Hussein Obama has provided Material Support to the Enemies of the United States, namely the Terror organizations known as al-Qaeda and Hamas;  as well as providing weapons to Central American drug cartels, an act which has resulted in the murders of thousands of Mexican and American citizens, including members of the United States Law Enforcement community. These groups are designated as terrorist organizations by the U.S. State Department and any Material Support of them is a Felony for which others have been imprisoned.

President Barack Hussein Obama has directed the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Military, and the nation’s Covert intelligence agencies to train, supply with weapons, and provide air support for al-Qaeda Terrorists in Libya; a Felony. He directed U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens to arrange the transfer of advanced shoulder-fired missiles stolen by al-Qaeda from Libyan armories to affiliated al-Qaeda groups currently fighting against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad; a Felony.

President Barack Hussein Obama has proven himself utterly incompetent in his capacity as Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces. Having ignored pleas for help from Ambassador Stevens for months, he stood by and watched as our Consulate was overrun by the Merciless Savages of Ansar al-Shariah, ordering Assets in the vicinity to “Stand Down.” Then he relieved of their commands for disobeying orders, Flag and General Officers of the United States Military, who had attempted to save our Ambassador and the U.S. Citizens under his care.

For two weeks after the attack on the Sovereign Territory of the United States Consulate in Benghazi, President Barack Hussein Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, and their surrogates engaged in a pattern of deceit over the attack on the Consulate; lying to the American People about the events of September 11^th 2012 and engaging in a cover up of monumental proportions. The Executive Branch of the government of the United States of America has lost all credibility in the eyes of the American People.

We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, call for the immediate impeachment of President Barack Hussein Obama for High Crimes and Misdemeanors against the People, including the crimes of Dereliction of Duty, Treason,and Murder.

We call on any of our Representatives in the House, and those in the Senate, any who still have an ounce of integrity, to uphold their oaths of office, and to support and defend the United States Constitution from ALL enemies, Foreign and Domestic, as they have sworn to do.

We call upon Patriots in the Armed Forces and Civil Authorities to refuse any Unlawful Order, including the forced disarmament of American Citizens, their forced detention without Due Process, their rendition to Foreign Shores, or their arrest on any Charge without a Warrant that has been signed by a Judge, and which has been issued upon probable cause.

We call upon ALL Americans to stand firm on the United States Constitution as it was written so long ago by Men who strained against the yoke of Tyranny. Natural Rights do not diminish over time, nor can they be legislated out of existence; they can only be forfeited willingly. We call upon ALL Americans to Honor the Sacred Blood which has been shed for the Liberty of ALL Americans, and hold fast to the rights which Nature and Nature's God has apportioned us.

We, therefore, the People of these United States of America, by Popular assent, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare: That these United States are, and of Right ought to remain, Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Federal Government in its current form, and that all political connection between them and the Obama Administration, is, and ought to be, totally dissolved; that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of  Almighty God, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor. The time has come for the Will of the People to once again be heard, before the Tree of Liberty must be refreshed with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants.

So say we all.

WW3 EMP Attack Imminent: US/NATO/SYRIA/IRAN/ISRAEL To Get It On!

In part two of the Season Three Premiere of The Truth Is Viral, I piece together news coming from all over the world that point to one event in the immediate future of the United States: An attack on the US with an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) weapon.

The Iranian government knows that it can not stand toe-to-toe with the United States. The only hope they have of defeating the "Great Satan" is to strike us at our most vulnerable point, our Achilles heel if you will; our electronic infrastructure.

When an EMP nuclear weapon explodes at height (200-300 miles), every circuit board within the line of sight of the weapon will overload and fry. In a matter of seconds, the US would effectively be sent back in time to the 1800's, without the infrastructure to support 311 Million people. Experts say that up to 90% of the population of the United States could die as a result.

CIA Murdered Reporter's Daughter Over NATO Leak?

I can not prove that anyone, including the CIA or any other alphabet agency, murdered my daughter on January 23rd, 2012; BUT, the circumstances surrounding her untimely death are, when taken in toto, extremely suspicious to say the least.

Not only do 24-year-old girls not normally drop dead from a heart attack, but when I asked to view her body I was told my the mortuary director that she was "unviewable" due to the damage wrought by the autopsy. I have seen bodies that have been autopsied before, and unless my daughter's was conducted with a chainsaw there is absolutely no reason why I should not have been able to at least see her face one last time.

I have also received information from a trusted source that her death MAY have been perpetrated by a government agency, most likely the CIA. So I have questions, and I'm searching for answers.
