Kieliszewski Vs. King; Opponents For Sheriff Respond To Whitmer's Executive Orders

 Alpena County Sheriff Steven Kieliszewski and his opponent for the office in the primary on August 4th, former Undersheriff Terry King, both respond to questions about Governor Whitmer's draconian executive orders in this episode of The Truth Is Viral.

Alpena County Sheriff Scrubs Own Text Messages After FOIA Request From County Commissioner, Mi. AG May Get Involved

According to Alpena County Commissioner John Kozlowski,

Sheriff Steven Kieliszewski is redacting the texts himself.

Terry King Is Running For Sheriff

Alpena Resident Bob Reid recently filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Alpena County Sheriff’s Department to obtain all text messages that former Alpena County Undersheriff Terry King sent or received on his department-issued cell phone.  At the time he made the request, Reid was Alpena County Sheriff Steven Kieliszewski’s campaign manager, and has used social media to imply that King has a “violent hatred” of homosexuals.

I know that to be a filthy lie. Terry King is an honorable man, a Christian who treats everybody equally as the Lord requires. In fact, here is an open letter to Terry King from Alpena resident Brent Russel Dickson, who was once an inmate in the Alpena County Jail.

“Ok seriously taken out of context. Look at all of the message info before you go out and slander someone’s name. I’m very gay and open about it and am still voting Terry King. I messed up and ended up going to jail and terry visited me while I was there. Now that I’m not in legal trouble I can speak the truth about what happens. I wrote kite after kite about my mental health to the correction officers Scott Gagnon and sheriff kelisheski and nothing was done until I hung myself and guess who was there first.... you guessed it Terry King. And a C/o who `````cut me down. I just want to say thank you to Terry for being a great DARE Officer Policeman and undersheriff. Thank you for everything you have done and will do for our community you are a great asset and model for Alpena County. Once again Thank you Terry for caring.” - Brent Russel Dickson

A text message to his daughter expressing his personal feelings from almost eight years ago is all Reid could find to besmirch King’s sterling reputation, and still he was unable to change the mind of someone who one might think would take offense. He reminds me of all of the virtue signaling white Liberals who are offended by Aunt Jemima and Mrs. Butterworth, when black Americans are not.

I’d like everyone reading or watching this right now to think back a decade or so. Is there anything at all in your text history that you wouldn’t like to be made public because your personal opinion isn’t, or wasn’t at the time, politically correct? Of course there is, and if you deny it you’re only lying to yourself.

It's worth mentioning that Reid was fired by the Sheriff for his dirty campaign tactics; but he is still slandering King through social media and a website he set up, in a foreign country, under an assumed name.

To the best of my knowledge, Terry King has never let his personal feelings interfere with doing his job. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about Sheriff Kieliszewski; but that is a subject for another day. This broadcast has to do with a FOIA request made by Alpena County Commissioner John Kozlowski, for the Sheriff’s text messages, which is being handled exactly as Hillary Clinton handled her emails.

According to Commissioner Kozlowski, Sheriff Kieliszewski has taken the task away from the person who normally fulfills FOIA requests and is redacting the texts himself, and has demanded an extension of the time mandated by law to fulfill a FOIA request, which is within his right to do. 

Does it bother anyone else that the Sheriff is essentially investigating himself, and will only release those texts that he deems to be relevant?

This is a quote from Sheriff Kieliszewski, as printed on one of his campaign advertisements: “You can’t build the trust and bond with the community necessary to be Sheriff without demonstrating a level of integrity beyond reproach.” I’d like for you folks to think about that while you listen to my exclusive interview with Alpena County Commissioner John Kozlowski.

So, according to Commissioner Kozlowski, when his FOIA request for Sheriff Kieliszewski’s text messages was received, the Sheriff decided to take care of the request himself. Tell me, Alpena County, does that sound like “integrity beyond reproach” to you? I’m not saying that the Sheriff would actually do such a thing as hiding his text messages from a FOIA request, but by putting himself in the position of deciding which of his text messages to release, he has opened himself up to charges that he might “forget” a few emails that might be embarrassing to his campaign, just as 33,000 of Hillary Clinton’s emails went missing. For a public official to investigate himself is wrong, and attention must be called to the issue.

Marijuana has been proven time and again to shrink cancerous tumors dramatically, and one study - in addition to mountains of anecdotal evidence and the testimony of cancer survivors - shows that it can even cure brain cancer.

So why is Marijuana still a Schedule I drug? That designation prevents researchers in the United States from even investigating the properties of marijuana to determine how the medicine can be refined and standardized for use in patients of all kinds. In addition to its cancer-curing properties, medical marijuana has been shown to be an effective pain reliever, a treatment for glaucoma, depression, HIV, vomiting, Hepatitis C, Chron's Disease, Tourette's Syndrome, epilepsy, arthritis, and a host of other illnesses.

Medical marijuana has been recognized as a legitimate medical treatment by twenty of the fifty states, and with a prescription or recommendation from a doctor patients can avail themselves of a treatment that has the distinction of being the only drug that has never killed a single person. There's a problem though...

Despite his promises to leave the issue of medical marijuana to the states as is proper, Barack Obama has ordered the DEA to crack down on MMJ dispensaries and those compassionate doctors that want nothing more than to ease the suffering of their patients.

For example, although medical marijuana is legal in the State of Michigan, any doctor who actually prescribes or recommends it to a patient faces the seizure of his license to prescribe Federally controlled medications. States regulate the license to practice medicine that doctors need to hang their shingle; but the ability to write a prescription for medicine comes from the Federal government.

If a doctor in Michigan has the temerity to go against the Federal government to prescribe marijuana to a patient - even the terminally ill - the DEA will yank that doctor's license so fast it makes their heads spin. There is, in fact, only one doctor in Northern Michigan who will write a prescription for medical marijuana, and that is the only medication he can legally prescribe. Got a toenail fungus? You'll have to see a different doctor for an anti-fugal cream.

Even though medical marijuana is legal in Michigan, Medicaid, the state insurance program for the poor, will not pay for it. A tube of the popular cancer cure "Rick Simpson's Oil" can cost more than $2,000, putting it out of reach for poor cancer victims.

This episode of The Truth Is Viral is part of a three episode series that was shot at the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life that was held at the Alpena County Fairground on August 17th 2013. At first I had intended on simply covering the event and doing a couple of stand-ups; but once I got there I knew that I had to participate on behalf of my wife and mother who are both suffering from Colo-rectal and Liver cancer, and my father who died in 1976 from lung cancer.

I ended up walking 8 miles, raising (so far) almost $50. That's not too bad when you consider that I entered at the last moment; and 10 years ago I was in a wheelchair unable to walk at all. I'm not done raising money yet either. Every penny of ad revenue generated by this series of videos will be donated to the Alpena Regional Medical Center's Cancer Center in appreciation for the great care they have given my wife.

The two other episodes will be uploaded as soon as I can get them finished. I just wanted to get this one up to let everyone know the status of my wife's illness: barring a miracle, I am going to lose the woman with whom I have spent more than half of my life; my heart, my soul mate, the one great love of my life.

Those who have been with me for a while know that my wife DeLynn has been fighting a courageous battle against Stage IV Colo-rectal and Liver cancer. It tears at my soul to have to admit it, but I need to tell you that her fight is just about over.

As I'm uploading this episode, I'm also trying to convince her to go to the hospital. She is so sick and weak that it is scaring the daylights out of me; but she's afraid if she goes into the hospital she'll never come out. She wants to die at home.

Well I'M NOT READY for her to die at all! During our 25 years together I can count on one hand the number of times we've been apart for more than 12 hours. I would take this cancer on myself if I could, trade my life for hers, ANYTHING to stop this!

Please ask Father to be with us, comforting us, covering us with blessings and protection, and giving us the strength we (I especially) will need to deal with her passing if that is His will. Better yet, ask Him to HEAL her. I absolutely believe in miracles and if we ever needed one the time is now!

Maybe we'll get lucky.

Spetsnaz Teams Deploy In The US; War With Syria To Be Trigger For Attack

Using "Operation Northern Strike," the largest multinational air and ground combat exercise in the country as cover, Russian Special Forces known as Spetsnaz have established a foothold in Northeastern Michigan in the sleepy resort town of Alpena. While the town may appear "sleepy" to the casual observer, to those who have been paying attention Alpena is clearly becoming a staging area for a foreign invasion of the United States.

Last year, the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center was the epicenter of a huge explosion that rocked Northeastern Michigan for hundreds of square miles. Mainstream media was silent despite the fact that the explosion was confirmed by Alpena County Undersheriff Terry King, who stated that he was in the Sheriff's Department when he felt the building shake. 911 dispatchers received a large number of calls to report the blast, and scores of Facebook users reported it as well.

Strange things are happening in Alpena Michigan. There have been reports of UFOs engaging US fighter aircraft over Lake Huron, and there are radar tapes that prove aircraft did go missing over the lake at the time of the sighting; 12 hours after the explosion. Using famous disinfo source Sorcha Faal, the CIA attempted to discredit the facts of this case.

Black Hawk Helicopters Terrorize Michigan Citizens; DHS Vans Spy On Outspoken Activists

As detailed in a previous episode of The Truth Is Viral, a combat-wounded Army Ranger has come forward to complain about attempts to intimidate, some might say terrorize, Michigan Patriots who are vocal about their opposition to the Obama regime. In this episode, the viewer will hear his harrowing tale in his own words.

This war veteran's blood, indeed, the blood of everyone who was ever wounded or killed in the line of duty, has been shed on behalf of a nation that is increasingly turning on those veterans with a paranoid vengeance; declaring them possible "domestic terrorists" along with Preppers, "Birthers", pro-Lifers, environmentalists, home-schoolers, Christians, and even - ridiculous as it sounds - people who pay for their purchases in cash.

This witness, who has come forward to tell his story, has been an extremely vocal Patriot, and has experienced direct intimidation in the form of black vans with tinted windows (but without license plates) parking down the street from his house hacking into his WiFi and spying either on him or on the whole block. More disturbingly, he says that he was paid a visit by a Black Hawk helicopter that flew so low the pilot could have trimmed the man’s tree with his main rotor.

The witness, who spoke on camera on the condition that his identity be obscured, said that a Black Hawk helicopter buzzed his home twice, once flying no more than 20-25 feet above the ground directly over his backyard. The pilot hovered, he said, looked him dead in the eye for a few seconds, then turned his aircraft and flew off.

Angered at what was clearly an act of intimidation the witness said, "They can take my blood, they can take my life, but they will never take the rights that God granted me. Those are God-given, and there's not a man walking on this Earth that can come up against God and win."

Operating under cover of the largest air combat exercise in the country called "Northern Strike," the skies over Northeastern Michigan have been filled with flights of attack helicopters, all fully loaded, flying back and forth to the gunnery range at Camp Grayling. C-130's have also been landing at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center filled with foreign troops taking part in these exercises, which include ground operations. I personally ran into four individuals in the local Walmart who bore all the hallmark signs of being Spetsnaz - Russian Special Forces. That story will be released shortly.

Untold numbers of citizens across the United States who have opinions that differ from those of the current administration have suffered some form of intimidation at the hands of an increasingly paranoid government that is desperately trying to survive a series of scandals, any one of which could bring the Obama administration crashing down.

That intimidation has been most visible of late in the form of IRS targeting of Conservative groups, and Justice Department investigations of mainstream journalists. FOX News Washington Bureau Chief James Rosen was nearly charged with espionage by the Justice Department. A DOJ affidavit accused Rosen of being “an aider, an abettor, and/or a co-conspirator” simply for doing his job.

This targeting of journalists was telegraphed by former DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano who said that the National Operations Center’s Media Monitoring Initiative and its Office of Operations Coordination and Planning can collect personal information from news anchors, journalists, reporters or anyone who may use “traditional and/or social media in real time to keep their audience situationally aware and informed.”

But when the government sends a Black Hawk helicopter to hover just feet above the head of an innocent American citizen who has done absolutely nothing other than voice his opinion in accordance with the 1^st Amendment, terrorizing that citizen and his wife, that action goes beyond simple intimidation and enters the realm of criminality; a condition to which the Obama administration is no stranger.

It is, in fact, illegal for a pilot to fly his craft in such a manner. Using an attack helicopter to intimidate and terrorize American citizens who have done absolutely nothing wrong represents a clear and present danger to the citizens of this town, this county, this state, and this country.  At the urging of this reporter, the source in this episode is going to contact local civil authorities to ask them to open an investigation into this matter.

We, the citizens of Alpena Michigan, want this pilot’s wings clipped. If an investigation reveals that the pilot was ordered to fly his helicopter with the intent of intimidating the source and his family, we expect the United States government to punish the person who issued those orders to the fullest extent of the law.
