Tell Congress: "We Want Names" Of Congressmen Who Silenced Abuse Victims With Tax Dollars

Congress has spent $17 Million dollars of your tax money to settle 264 separate cases of Congressmen accused of sexually harassing or discriminating against their victims. The US Treasury has paid out $934,754 to victims so far this year.

Share with the hashtag #WeWantNames to demand that Congress reveal the names of 264 lawmakers who have used taxpayer dollars from a secret slush fund to settle claims of sexual harassment and discrimination.

Prosecutorial And Judicial Misconduct Is Why The Government Can't Convict Bundy Ranch Defendants

There are some people claiming that the Bundys aren't being convicted because they are white. Instead of blaming the NOT GUILTY verdicts on the color of their skin (Racist much?) perhaps they should lay the blame (credit) where it belongs; on out of control federal bureaucrats, politically-appointed judicial functionaries, and thugs with badges (although the BLM agents had no arrest authority at the Bundy Ranch) who went out of their way to circumvent the law and invent offenses that never occurred.

Despite being intimidated by lengthy prison terms (20 months so far) without benefit of trial, much less conviction, and demanding that the defendants be brought into court in chains in violation of 9th Circuit precedent, despite “judge” Navarro allowing the government to put on a ridiculous show that features federal agents lying through their teeth in tears on the witness stand claiming PTSD because they saw people with guns (which weren’t pointed at them) exercising their 1st Amendment rights, despite the defendants not being allowed to testify on their own behalf, despite the “judge” stacking the jury with people she THOUGHT would return a conviction, despite all efforts to silence, intimidate, and cheat the defendants, the jury found them NOT GUILTY!

Why?

Because the jury isn’t stupid. The government overplayed its hand in such an egregious fashion that the jury could easily see that there was an agenda involved that had nothing to do with the law, evidence, or justice. When the government spends more time attempting to suppress witnesses like BLM Special-Agent-in-Charge Daniel P. Love, further suppressing evidence and testimony rather than present their own or refute it, a casual observer — or a jury — has to stop and wonder why.

The Bundys and their supporters have been held in maximum security federal custody for 19 months, without bail per “judge” Navarro. Their 6th Amendment right has been violated in at least three ways, the 8th, the 2nd, and 1st as well. A JOURNALIST — Peter T. Santill — has also been held as long, for the “crime” of livestreaming the standoff and showing the world the crimes being committed by the BLM against the Bundys. Navarro could not have these men, especially talk show host Santilli, out in the public eye giving lie to the government’s claims. So Navarro did her best to silence them by keeping them locked in a dungeon until she could issue her decree.

And it still didn’t work.

Ever play in the mud as a kid? Remember that a ball of mud will sit in your hand all day long unless you do something to it? What happens when you turn your hand into a fist, compressing the ball of mud? It squirts through your fingers, right? Same thing here. The tighter “judge” Navarro squeezed the defendants, the more real truth was shown to the jury.

The jury didn’t buy the government’s story, no matter how many federal agents got on the stand to lie, shed their honor and manhood along with their tears, and tell the jury (in between sobs) how scared they were, when the fact is it was the fully tac’d-out BLM rent-a-thugs who posed a danger to innocent life down in the wash, and not the Bundys or their supporters.

The government has spent tens of millions of dollars attempting to put the Bundys and their supporters in prison, and the only success they have had is with those defendants too scared to go to trial who accepted plea deals, and a government informant who was plied with liquor by FBI agents and encouraged to make outrageous statements as part of an “interview” with a “documentary film crew.”

“judge” Navarro must understand that her career as a federal judge is over. There is no way she will be able to defend her rulings to an investigatory body, and an investigation will be forthcoming (former BLM SAIC Dan Love knows how this feels, doesn’t he?) She is going to understand that there is a price to be paid for using the power granted to her by virtue of her position to maliciously violate the civil rights of defendants in her courtroom at the behest of her benefactor “Dirty Harry” Reid.

If there is any real justice in the world, and my faith in the system has been restored by these Not Guilty verdicts, “judge” Navarro will be impeached, disbarred, and imprisoned. When she gets out, she can wear a robe — for a moment — in her new career as a Las Vegas stripper.

OK, I’ll admit, I don’t know if Navarro will ever face any serious sanctions for making a mockery out of our judicial system; but after witnessing the despicable way she violated the law, and the rights of the defendants during this trial, if is my most fervent prayer that she does. She is unfit to serve the People of the United States as an impartial trier of fact.

BLM Agent Daniel P. Love Fired; How You Can Help Send Him To Prison

Daniel P. Love, the Bureau of Land Management agent who led the assault on the Bundy Ranch protestors in 2014, has been fired by the BLM after two blistering reports by the Office of the Inspector General detailing his official misconduct and ethical violations were published.

The first report, published on January 20th, 2017, stated, "the Supervisory Agent (Love) used his official position to provide preferential treatment to his family members while attending the (Burning Man) event; directed five on-duty BLM law enforcement officers to escort his family and provide security for them at the event; and (Love's) family received overnight lodging in BLM-leased facilities."

According to the report, Love also, "violated Federal ethics rules when he used his influence with Burning Man officials to obtain three sold-out tickets and special passes for his father, girlfriend, and a family friend. We (OIG investigators) confirmed that (Love's) girlfriend stayed overnight with him in his BLM assigned trailer, contrary to restrictions in the operations plan for the event."

"He also violated Federal ethics regulations by having a subordinate employee make a hotel reservation for his guests. On at least one occasion, he misused his BLM official vehicle when he transported his girlfriend while at the event."

Further, the report concludes that Love, "improperly intervened in the April 2015 hiring process for a BLM special agent position after he learned that a friend did not make the initial list of candidates to be interviewed."

Full Report: https://www.doioig.gov/sites/doioig.gov/files/EthcialViolationsAndMisconductByBLMOfficials_Public.pdf

The report published on August 24th states, "We (OIG investigators) found that the senior manager instructed his subordinate to remove moqui marbles from the evidence room and give them to him, which violated BLM and U.S. Department of the Interior evidence policy, and that he gave marbles to several people, including BLM employees and a contractor who had worked on a project in the OLES office."

"We also confirmed that the senior manager had his subordinate use the senior manager’s computer and personal login information to search the senior manager’s emails for messages pertinent to the document requests, and to “scrub” any messages that could harm the senior manager or any in which he used demeaning or derogatory language."

"(Love's) actions violated Federal security and records management policy as well as various regulations and guidance related to the conduct of Federal employees."

The criminality displayed by former BLM Special-Agent-in-Charge Daniel P. Love is obvious for all to see, yet the US Attorney's office for the State of Nevada declined to press any charges. In the opinion of this observer, their reasoning is clear: They don't want the man who led the outrageous armed assault on the Bundy Ranch going on trial at the same time as the Bundys. With the press coverage his arrest would generate, there is no way they could hide his wrongdoing from a potential jury in the Bundy case.

Federal prosecutors have millions of dollars invested in their persecution of the Bundys and their supporters, and have come up empty-handed almost every time. They can't afford unflattering press coverage of a wannabe "operator" like Love to influence potential Bundy jurors in Nevada, many of whom may have already watched the government try, and fail, to win significant convictions over and over again.

The best way you can help make AUSA Steven Myhre and "judge" Gloria Navarro's worst nightmares come true, is to call and write the US Attorney's office in Nevada to demand that for once an obviously guilty, legitimate federal thug, is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. He betrayed his badge and the public trust that was placed in him, repeatedly using his position to benefit himself and hurt those he deemed "criminals," all the while committing the exact same crimes for which they had been arrested.

Daniel P. Love is an example of everything that is wrong with our government, and those we have entrusted to "police the police" must step up and do the right thing. Our country cannot survive with a two-tiered justice system, where the common man is punished while the privileged go free. We fought a Revolution to escape that kind of injustice.

So please take a moment and remind them of their duty to the Constitution, the country, and the Rule of Law. DEMAND that they charge Daniel P. Love with every crime they might be able to prove.

$10,000 Reward Offered For Info In The Bundy Trial Just The Beginning Of Effort To Obtain Justice

This plan was conceived in order to see that Justice is afforded to the Bundy family, others who came to the Bundy Ranch in 2014 to support them, and journalist Pete Santilli. Pete and the Bundys have been held without bail in in maximum security federal custody since the day the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge came to an end with the violent killing of LaVoy Finicum and the arrest of the members of the Bundy family and their supporters.

"Judge" Gloria Navarro Must Go!
I have been watching what has been going on in the kangaroo court presided over by Judge Gloria Navarro, nominated to the bench by “Dirty Harry” Reid, and all I can see is a political appointee trying to cover the ass of her benefactor, a man who sold bits of Nevada off to foreign investors. Judge Navarro is lording over the courtroom like it is her own little fiefdom, treating defendants as serfs whose rights are solely dependent on her whims and mercy, even insisting that these non-violent men be brought before her in chains, despite a Ninth Circuit ruling that the practice should only be used in the most extreme cases.

I don’t see anything resembling Justice coming out of Nevada, and in 30 seconds I’m going to tell you what I intend to do, and what you can do to help.

First, I have to apologize for slacking off over the last two years just when Pete needed me the most. My wife’s death on August 5th 2015 was devastating to my entire family, and going through the various stages of grief has taken a lot of effort and a lot of time; but we have all emerged stronger than ever.

Adam Powell Accomplished His Mission
As difficult as dealing with his mother’s death was on our youngest son, Adam, he soldiered on through his last two years of high school and received his diploma just days ago. I am extremely proud of Adam, as I am all of my children, for staying the course during the most traumatic event our family has ever experienced.

Now that most of my responsibilities as a parent and head of household have been significantly diminished, I hope and pray that I will be able to get back to work, speaking truth to power, and supporting the ideals that made the United States the greatest nation the world has ever seen. All I have ever asked for as the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of The Truth Is Viral is that those who have been elected to positions of power, those who make and enforce our laws, be held to answer to those same laws.

A codified body of laws is one of the pillars of freedom upon which our Republic rests, laws that protect the rights of everyone, laws that ensure that every American citizen is treated equally before the law. When those laws are undermined, twisted, and broken by the very people entrusted to enact and enforce them, men and women of good will must take extraordinary measure to hold them to account.

FBI Sniper Released On Own Recognizance
Pete and the Bundys have been held in federal custody for the last 17 months without the possibility of bail. Accused murderers get bail. The recently indicted FBI agent who shot at LaVoy Finicum in Oregon, and then lied about it to State and Federal investigators, was released on his own recognizance; but not ranchers who were defending the home that has been in their family for well over 100 years, nor the reporter who went to tell their story.

They all have ties to the community, do not present a risk to the public, and they are not flight risks, yet they are being treated as though they had committed mass murder after pledging their allegiance to ISIS.

Continuing to deny them bail in Nevada – even after the charges against Pete were dropped the day before the trial began, and the Bundys were found not guilty in Oregon - is simply a method of punishing them before trial, a way of sending a message to others not to stand up to the US government.

In a country where we all grew up hearing the phrase, “innocent until proven guilty,” denying bail to people who want more than anything to clear their names in court is simply despotic, and that was only the beginning of their unconscionable persecution.

#GoogleDanPLove
Judge Gloria Navarro has forbidden the defense to mention that BLM agent Daniel P. Love, the man who was in charge of the BLM response at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, has been suspended from the BLM pending further criminal charges. According to a report by the Office of the Inspector General, Love was found guilty of violating ethical rules and official misconduct after using his position to garner personal perks and threaten co-workers. Former Special Agent-in-Charge Love is currently under investigation for interfering in a congressional investigation.

It was under Love’s direction that the Bundy family was originally assaulted by federal agents, an attack captured on video by Pete Santilli. It was Love who ordered snipers into the hills around the Bundy Ranch at the very beginning of the operation, who ordered militarized BLM agents (who had no arrest authority) to threaten the Bundys and others with violence, eventually attacking them on a lonely stretch of highway with tazers and dogs.

Anywhere Journalist Pete Santilli Stands Is A 1A Area
It was Love who came up with the idea of a “First Amendment Area” miles away from where the abuses were taking place, and it was Love who ignored the lawful orders of the local sheriff and his superiors in the federal chain of command to “stand down,“ the day before the final push to free Bundy’s cattle became immortalized in the media and hearts of Patriots all over the nation.

Had Love followed his orders, there never would have been a “stand off” in the first place.

But according to Judge Navarro, Love doesn’t exist. The defendants are forbidden to mention the name of the one person most immediately responsible for the injustices that took place at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, as well as the cover-up and lies that followed all the way through the first trial in Nevada earlier this year.

Amid accusations of mistreatment and torture by the guards at the facility where they are being kept, Pete Santilli and the Bundys have been awaiting trial in federal custody for the past 17 months, a clear violation of their Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial.

A Speedy Trial Is An Absolute RIGHT; Not A Suggestion
The 6th Amendment states, “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

Judge Navarro has violated that Constitutional amendment, among others, on several counts during the legal proceedings in Clark County, including denying the defendants a speedy trial, the concept of which was reaffirmed in 1974 with the appropriately named, “Speedy Trial Act,” which states, “Trial must commence within 70 days from the date the information or indictment was filed, or from the date the defendant appears before an officer of the court in which the charge is pending, whichever is later.” 18 U.S.C. § 3161(c)(1).

As of today, Peter T. Santilli and the Bundys have been in federal custody, with no opportunity to post bail, for 516 days. That is beyond obscene, and I can no longer remain silent.

Semper Fidelis Is Not A Cute Little Motto. It's A Way Of Life
The phrase that defines the United States Marine Corps for guys like me and Pete – Semper Fidelis – is not some cute little motto; not for us. For us, “Always Faithful” is a way of life.
As a United States Marine I swore to defend the Constitution from “all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and the way I see it, due to her blatant disregard for the Constitution and the rights of the accused in her court, I must conclude that Judge Gloria Navarro is an enemy of the People of the United States of America.

What can I do about that? My options are extremely limited, because I live by the laws of the United States, and the laws of Almighty God, which forbid me from using offensive violence. I have no money to speak of that I could use to bring attention to Navarro’s criminality, and I have no political power to use as leverage to influence someone empowered to disbar her from the bench that she has disgraced.

I only have three things to bring to this fight for justice: The truth, lips with which to voice it, and my life. The same Bible that tells me, “Thou shalt not murder,” also tells me that, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

Pete Santilli is my friend, my Marine brother, and I love him and his producer and soulmate Deb Jordan with all of my heart. When my wife died and my youngest son and I were suffering tremendous grief, unsure how to get on with our lives, Pete and Deb took us into their home and did their best to help us through it. Pete had me co-host his show with him, and for a few days I was able to do normal stuff without having to be the strong one in charge of everything from nursing my wife to planning her funeral.

Pete Santilli, Bobby Powell, And Son Adam, At Pete's Home
The stress of those last few weeks was tremendous, and I really needed to let someone else drive for a while. My brother Pete took the wheel, and I was able to get some much needed psychological and emotional rest. For that, I owe him my life, and I will do everything I can to see to it that he is freed.

To that end, I have decided to seek justice for Pete and the Bundys by moving on two fronts at once to ensure that they receive the fair trial they deserve as American citizens. Having proven her callous bias and willingness to break the law in order to protect her benefactor Harry Reid, it is obvious to me that achieving this goal is impossible as long as Judge Gloria Navarro remains on the bench overseeing their trial.
So she must be removed.

As I stated earlier I believe in the laws of the United States. I also believe that most of the men and women who have chosen the law as their profession are honorable people, and that they are just as disgusted at the corruption that has infected our judicial system.

Whether they work as law enforcement officers, or officers of the court, I intend to enlist them as allies in this fight for justice. I understand that they might be scared of retaliation at work, possibly even fearful for their own personal safety, but I am going to appeal to their sense of honor and justice to help me remove an unfit jurist from the bench.
If that doesn’t work, then I will appeal to their greed.

I have no money filling my pockets, but I do have equity in my house, and if anyone can provide me with evidence of criminal wrongdoing on the part of Judge Navarro I will take out a second mortgage and pay them $10,000.

The evidence could come in the form of an email proving collusion between her and Harry Reid, it might be a backroom deal involving official corruption on this or another case, it might be a breach of ethics that will get her disbarred or thrown into her own prison – I don’t care how it is obtained, or where it comes from, I only care that it is authentic.

Info MUST Lead To Navarro's Disbarment Or Imprisonment
Let me rephrase that statement for the sake of clarity: I will pay $10,000 to anyone who can provide me with evidence, admissible in a court of law, that leads to the disbarment or criminal conviction of Judge Gloria Navarro.

I realize that the wheels of justice turn slowly, too slowly for that course of action to benefit Pete or the Bundys before their trial begins, and that is the reason for the second front. A more drastic form of action is called for if the accused in this case are to receive justice.

I have thought long and hard about the various forms of non-violent protest available to me, and I have decided to look to Mahatma Ghandi for inspiration. Ghandi proved that the actions of one man can literally change the world, and if one were to look for a better example of successful non-violent protest, one might be disappointed.

Mahatma Ghandi
Ghandi’s tactics showcased the brutality of British rule in India. It took several years, but through non-violent means he basically shamed the Crown into granting Indian independence. After the British protectorate was divided into two countries – India and Pakistan – religious violence broke out between Sikhs, Hindus, and Muslims, killing 500,000 and threatening the subcontinent with an all-out civil war. Again, by employing non-violent means, Ghandi shamed the factions into complying with his demands for peace.

I believe in the United States, a land founded on the ideal that “all men are created equal,” and I believe that everyone - regardless of sex, race, religious beliefs, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or social status – should be treated equally under the law.

Through her actions and rulings, I have watched Judge Navarro’s display a total disregard for the rule of law, violating the rights of Pete Santilli and the Bundys as if she were royalty dispensing her own personal brand of “justice” to her vassals; the Constitution be damned. I will no longer sit by silently while she makes a mockery out of our Article 3 courts to pursue her own agenda.

Anyone Who Wishes To Join The Fast & Pray Is Welcome
And so, my friends, I have taken a page out of Ghandi’s playbook and have started to fast and pray for the Bundys, their supporters, my brother Pete Santilli, and Divine intervention. I will continue to fast until Judge Navarro either recuses herself or is removed from the Bundy case by a higher authority.

Many will ask why I have decided to take such a drastic step. In all honesty, if Pete wasn’t being held as a political prisoner I probably wouldn’t. See, I have never met the Bundys. I’ve never even spoken to them on the telephone or exchanged emails with them. I don’t know anything about the Bundy family except for what I have read and watched in the news. I’m doing this for Pete, my brother from another mother, and for Deb Jordan too, because they are my friends and I love them.

I’m not calling this a, “hunger strike,” for one very simple reason: I don’t intend to be hungry. When Jesus Christ fasted in the wilderness for 40 days and 40 nights, the Devil came to Him when He was at His weakest. Instead of commanding a rock to turn to bread as the Devil had tempted Him to do, Christ simply replied, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

For the foreseeable future I will be nourished by prayer and the Word of God alone.

So that is what I’m going to do; but what can you do? Well, you can start by sending this video to Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, your Senators, your Representative in Congress, your local newspapers and TV stations (especially Nevada outlets,) and President Donald Trump by every means available.

It Works. Just Ask Trump!
Send it to their email addresses, post it on their Facebook walls, and Tweet it to them, until enough outrage has been generated that an investigation into the conduct of Judge Navarro is initiated and a truly impartial judge is seated to oversee the trial., or the charges are dropped altogether and the prisoners are freed – with the apologies of the government (and a big, fat check.)

You can help bring attention to the plight of these political prisoners by making this video go viral on social media. Don’t just put it on your own Facebook wall, put it in every group to which you belong and tag all your friends. Share it on Twitter, on Google+, on Pinterest, and all the forums you visit. If you click the share button, a window opens up that allows you to share to ten different social media platforms with the click of your mouse.
