For nearly two years, at the direction of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Detective Mike Zullo of the Sheriff's Cold Case Posse has been doggedly chasing down leads to answer the question, "Is Barack Obama eligible to hold the office of President of the United States?"
The investigation began as the result of complaints filed by citizens of Maricopa County who felt that there had been some malfeasance, and even downright fraud, connected with Barack Obama appearing on the ballot as a candidate for President. The complaints specifically stated that Barack Obama had not provided proof of US citizenship to the Secretary of State, and therefore was ineligible to be put on the ballot.
The focus of the investigation turned to the latest image alleged to be Barack Obama's long form birth certificate which proves that he was born in Hawaii. According to this veteran law enforcement officer, the document that the White House has offered as proof of Obama's Hawaiian birth is an utter forgery.
In the beginning of this two-part episode, we also take a look at other evidence that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, mostly in the form of anecdotal testimony of those closest to the President, including his wife Michelle.
