It brings me no joy to share it with you, but it is essential that you know now rather than later, or not at all.
I have always had the greatest respect for law enforcement, in fact before I joined the Marine Corps I had taken classes in criminal justice for almost a year because I wanted to be a police officer myself. Maybe it's the Libra in me, I don't know, but I have always craved justice, and I have fought for it on behalf of others all of my life.
Lady Justice is always depicted blindfolded, with scales in her hands, meaning that she is blind to bias, so that every citizen in the United States is treated equally under the law, no matter who they are or what position they may hold.
But over the last 34 years during my career as a journalist I have seen justice denied the citizens of these United States many times. Twice during those three decades I have been able to takedown powerful people who abused the trust placed in them, violating the rights of innocent people.
In 1986 an assistant state attorney in Martin County Florida hid exculpatory evidence that would have proven the innocence of a 16-year-old boy accused of attempted rape and attempted murder.
As a result of my reportage, Todd Patrick Neely, who had been facing 20 years in prison, was freed with the apologies of the court. The assistant state attorney who prosecuted him was fired and lost his license to practice law.
More recently, during the second Bundy trial in Las Vegas Nevada, Steven Myhre, the Acting US Attorney for the District of Nevada, was also caught withholding Brady material that would have proven the Bundys were acting lawfully by resisting with force of arms when thugs from the Bureau of Land Management – who had no arrest or law enforcement authority – attacked their family farm, killed their cattle, and destroyed their water supply.
In the case US v. Bundy, et al, as she dismissed the government's case, “with prejudice,” US District Judge Gloria Navarro cited, “flagrant prosecutorial misconduct,” as the reason; noting that Prosecutor Myhre, “made several misleading statements to the defendants and the Court,” that, “The government's conduct in this case was indeed outrageous,” that the prosecution showed, “a reckless disregard for the constitutional obligation to seek and provide evidence,” that Mr. Myhre engaged in, “deliberate attempts to mislead and distort the truth,” and that, “the Court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated.”
Mr. Myhre was subsequently relieved of his duties as the Acting US Attorney for the District of Nevada, and he will never try another case in federal court again. I would have preferred he had been imprisoned, because as a result of the illegal persecution of the Bundys, LaVoy Finicum was murdered by federal agents and troopers for the Oregon State Patrol while he had his hands in the air; but I will take what I can get.
The major cities of this country are currently in flames, because a bad cop murdered an innocent man. The rights of citizens all over this nation are violated every single day by bad cops. They cannot be allowed to exist.
I realize that 99% of all police officers, deputy sheriffs, and federal agents, are good, decent, men and women who take their oath to uphold the law seriously. I will cover the six of all of those men and women, literally and figuratively, until the day I die. By the same token, dirty cops, prosecutors, and judges can expect to be exposed for the oath-breakers and criminals that they are.
As I said, I take no joy in reporting this information; but the citizens Alpena County need to know what has transpired. Over the next few minutes I will present evidence that I have obtained from the Alpena County Sheriff's Department, and the Alpena County Prosecutor's Office, that implicates Alpena County Sheriff Steven Kieliszewski in a federal crime, a felony that carries a penalty of a hefty fine and a 3 year prison sentence in a federal penitentiary.
This all began in 2017 when a man by the name of Peter Fournier took offense to my reports on the Bundy trial that was taking place in Oregon. Fournier is a known violent criminal who has attacked reporters in the past. An heir to the Procter & Gamble fortune, Fournier has nearly unlimited resources, and regularly flies around the country to intimidate, harass, and assault Conservatives who get in his sights.
Fournier flew to Flint from Portland, rented a car, and drove 3 hours to Alpena where he went to Pizza Hut and bought a pizza with the intention of adulterating it and delivering it to me posing as a Pizza Hut driver so he could see the look on my face when I took delivery.
According to MCL 750.436, a person shall not do either of the following: (a) Willfully mingle a poison or harmful substance with a food, drink, nonprescription medicine, or pharmaceutical product, or willfully place a poison or harmful substance in a spring, well, reservoir, or public water supply, knowing or having reason to know that the food, drink, nonprescription medicine, pharmaceutical product, or water may be ingested or used by a person to his or her injury.
(b) Maliciously inform another person that a poison or harmful substance has been or will be placed in a food, drink, nonprescription medicine, pharmaceutical product, spring, well, reservoir, or public water supply, knowing that the information is false and that it is likely that the information will be disseminated to the public.
A person who violates this law is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 15 years or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.
Alpena County sheriff's deputy Mike Lash was dispatched to my home to take a report on this assault. Mike went to Pizza Hut and obtained security footage of Fournier buying the pizza. A couple of days later I was informed by a friend that Fournier had uploaded footage of the assault to Twitter, which Mike also obtained.
In the text above the Twitter post, Fournier gleefully admitted to adulterating the pizza before delivery. That is not only a felony violation of Michigan state law, it is also a violation of federal law because Fournier crossed state lines in order to carry out this assault.
About a week later I was given a copy of a four-page report generated by the Alpena County Sheriff's Department that detailed the evidence gathered by Mike Lash. I was told to keep my head on a swivel, but not to worry, because the Sheriff would take care of it.
But Sheriff Kieliszewski did not “take care of it.” Whether out of sheer incompetence, or because he just didn't like me and was hoping that Fournier would come back and finish the job, he did not transmit that report to the Alpena County Prosecutors Office. That is a violation of 18 USC § 4. Misprision of felony, a federal crime that carries a penalty of up to three years in prison.
18 USC § 4 states: Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
The 9th Circuit Court elaborated on what makes up the elements of misprision of felony when deciding the matter of US v Olson in 2017. For instance, in order to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that a person is guilty of this crime the government must be able to prove the following elements of misprision of felony:
1. That the individual alleged to have committed the underlying crime did, in fact, commit the crime. 2. That the individual accused of misprision was fully aware that what he had witnessed was a crime. 3. That the witness accused of misprision failed to tell the authorities what he knew. 4. That the witness accused of misprision took active steps towards concealing the underlying crime.
The Sheriff’s Department generated a report based on facts collected by Deputy Lash, detailing the evidence collected. That satisfies Element 1.
If he did not know that adulterated food products in the state of Michigan was a felony, he is a bad Sheriff and deserves no donut. I’m sure, however, that the Sheriff did know that the assault was a felony, so Element 2 is satisfied.
By failing to notify the Alpena County Prosecutor, who at the time was Judge Ed Black, the Sheriff satisfied the requirements of Element 3.
Not being a lawyer, I’m not sure how Elements 3 and 4 differ under the law, but to my mind – and most lay observers, I would imagine - not transmitting the report to the prosecutor equates to concealing the underlying crime, making Sheriff Steven guilty of violating 18 USC § 4. The State Department and Department of Homeland Security regard misprision as a “crime of moral turpitude,” one for which a resident alien may be deported from the United States.
But let's say that I am totally mistaken, that I can't read plain English, and don't understand the law at all; that the Sheriff’s actions are not a violation of 18 USC § 4 – it’s still wrong.
I know for a fact that some of you watching me right now are laughing at me. You think that it's funny that somebody tried to kill me and the Sheriff did nothing about it. What if my children had eaten that pizza and it became sick, or died? They are innocent. Still think it's funny?
I want you to think for just a moment what you would do if somebody assaulted you, or a member of your family, and the Sheriff let him get away with it because he just doesn't like you. Are you still laughing?
Sheriff Kieliszewski not only put my family in danger by failing to report this crime so that a warrant could be issued for Fournier’s arrest, he endangered the lives of countless others as well. As a result, Fournier is not in a Michigan prison or in a federal penitentiary where he belongs. He is free to continue his crime spree, harassing, intimidating, and assaulting anyone he chooses.
I don't know about you, but I will not vote for a man who dispenses justice based on his own personal biases. The Sheriff has proven himself unworthy of his office, and he should be ashamed.
We might not have to worry about it though, because this past Wednesday I called The FBI office in Bay City and reported the same facts to them as you have just seen. I was told that an agent come up to Alpena to conduct interviews sometime next week. Come August 4th, Sheriff Kieliszewski may very well be in federal custody.
I'm not going to take any chances. Until the Sheriff has been arrested I will continue to support Terry King with my whole heart, because I know for a fact that he DOES care about the people under his charge. When my mother and wife died within a few months of each other in 2015, one of the very few people outside of my family to ask if I was OK was Terry King.
On the next episode of The Truth Is Viral, I will be presenting the video testimonies of several people who have had the same experience of having the Sheriff let them down, only to have Terry King lift them up, literally in one case, when Terry saved the life of a gay man in the Alpena County Jail who had hung himself after the Sheriff repeatedly ignored his pleas for mental health treatment.

Steven Kieliszewski is redacting the texts himself.
Terry King Is Running For Sheriff
Alpena Resident Bob Reid recently filed a
Freedom of Information Act request with the Alpena County Sheriff’s Department
to obtain all text messages that former Alpena County Undersheriff Terry King
sent or received on his department-issued cell phone.At the time he made the request, Reid was
Alpena County Sheriff Steven Kieliszewski’s campaign manager, and has used
social media to imply that King has a “violent hatred” of homosexuals.
I know that to be a filthy lie. Terry King is an honorable man, a Christian who
treats everybody equally as the Lord requires. In fact, here is
an open letter to Terry King from Alpena resident Brent Russel Dickson, who was once
an inmate in the Alpena County Jail.
“Ok seriously taken out of context. Look at
all of the message info before you go out and slander someone’s name. I’m very
gay and open about it and am still voting Terry King. I messed up and ended up
going to jail and terry visited me while I was there. Now that I’m not in legal
trouble I can speak the truth about what happens. I wrote kite after kite about
my mental health to the correction officers Scott Gagnon and sheriff kelisheski
and nothing was done until I hung myself and guess who was there first.... you
guessed it Terry King. And a C/o who `````cut me down. I just want to say thank you
to Terry for being a great DARE Officer Policeman and undersheriff. Thank you
for everything you have done and will do for our community you are a great
asset and model for Alpena County. Once again Thank you Terry for caring.” - Brent Russel Dickson
A text message to his daughter expressing
his personal feelings from almost eight years ago is all Reid could find to
besmirch King’s sterling reputation, and still he was unable to change the mind
of someone who one might think would take offense. He reminds me of all of the
virtue signaling white Liberals who are offended by Aunt Jemima and Mrs.
Butterworth, when black Americans are not.
I’d like everyone reading or watching this right now to
think back a decade or so. Is there anything at all in your text history that
you wouldn’t like to be made public because your personal opinion isn’t, or
wasn’t at the time, politically correct? Of course there is, and if you deny it
you’re only lying to yourself.
It's worth mentioning that Reid was fired
by the Sheriff for his dirty campaign tactics; but he is still slandering King
through social media and a website he set up, in a foreign country, under an
assumed name.
To the best of my knowledge, Terry King has
never let his personal feelings interfere with doing his job. Unfortunately, I
can not say the same about Sheriff Kieliszewski; but that is a subject for
another day. This broadcast has to do with a FOIA request made by Alpena County
Commissioner John Kozlowski, for the Sheriff’s text messages, which is being
handled exactly as Hillary Clinton handled her emails.

According to Commissioner Kozlowski, Sheriff
Kieliszewski has taken the task away from the person who normally fulfills FOIA
requests and is redacting the texts himself, and has demanded an extension of
the time mandated by law to fulfill a FOIA request, which is within his right
to do.
Does it bother anyone else that the Sheriff
is essentially investigating himself, and will only release those texts that he
deems to be relevant?
This is a quote from Sheriff Kieliszewski,
as printed on one of his campaign advertisements: “You can’t build the trust
and bond with the community necessary to be Sheriff without demonstrating a
level of integrity beyond reproach.” I’d like for you folks to think about that
while you listen to my exclusive interview with Alpena County Commissioner John
Kozlowski.
HOPE YA WATCHED IT ABOVE. IF YA DIDN'T, YER GONNA BE LOST.
So, according to Commissioner Kozlowski,
when his FOIA request for Sheriff Kieliszewski’s text messages was received,
the Sheriff decided to take care of the request himself. Tell me, Alpena
County, does that sound like “integrity beyond reproach” to you? I’m not saying
that the Sheriff would actually do such a thing as hiding his text messages from a FOIA request, but by putting himself in the
position of deciding which of his text messages to release, he has opened
himself up to charges that he might “forget” a few emails that might be
embarrassing to his campaign, just as 33,000 of Hillary Clinton’s emails went
missing. For a public official to investigate himself is wrong, and attention
must be called to the issue.

There is a lot wrong inside the Alpena
County Sheriff’s Department, and next week I will share some more information
with you that will absolutely blow your mind.
My next great adventure will be to travel to Washington DC, where my
Congressional Representative General Jack Bergman and I will attempt to enlist
other Congressmen and Senators into our campaign for #MeToo transparency in
Congress, where sexual predators in the House and Senate have paid more than
$17 MILLION DOLLARS to silence victims of sexual discrimination, assault, and
even rape, in exchange for non-disclosure agreements that protect these monsters from being exposed.
Gen. Bergman has called
for these scumbags to be named, and for every penny paid to their victims from
the US Treasury to be returned out of the pockets of the perpetrators of these

I have been a journalist since 1986, and I always try to let my viewers/readers know where I got the information upon which I base my reports, information which in turn influences my opinions about a multitude of subjects. One such subject is the "#Qanon" phenomenon.
Qanon is, allegedly, a group of military intelligence general officers and/or specialists tasked with preserving the Republic from a seditious coup against President Donald J. Trump, plotted and carried out by the highest-ranking members of the US government; the "Deep State" if you will, which had counted on a Clinton presidency to keep their multitude of crimes concealed, and their power unchecked.
According to Qanon, who posts on obscure internet forums, the election of Donald Trump was a severe blow to the Deep State, which had planned to use a Clinton presidency to further rape and pillage our country, selling its resources to the highest bidder, just as Clinton did when she sold 20% of our country's uranium reserve to: Zee Russians.
"Uranium One." Google it. It's a thing.

Anyway, millions of people are convinced that the person/group that posts as Qanon are "White Hats," government officials in the intelligence agencies who take their oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" seriously, and that they are engaged in a behind-the-scenes battle with "Black Hats," or agents of the Deep State, who are determined to maintain the status quo in Washington DC that President Trump is steadily demolishing with every tweet.
"Q proofs" are tweets from the President that coincide with a post from Qanon, or even a follower of Qanon who replies to a Q post, or some other such Q-related question or request that layer appears in the media, or social media like Twitter. There are literally hundreds of them.
Believing that Qanon is comprised of White Hats fighting to free the American people from the chains of enslavement that have been slowly strangling them for more than a generation is one theory. According to this theory, these career intelligence professionals release what are called "crumbs" in their posts, bits of information that by themselves are not classified, and they are added together with other "crumbs," and "baked into bread" by anons on the board. The finished "loaf of bread" consists of a set of facts, in published reports and/or government documents, Wikileaks emails, etc., that can be found by anybody with a computer.
The bread is then used to make memes, visual representations of facts that may be found with a little bit of research. Qanon has asked his "digital army" of anons to use the internet to bypass the lying mainstream media, posting their memes everywhere, "redpilling" the masses with the truth. Billionaire Elon Musk recently tweeted, "Take the Red Pill," and was retweeted by Ivana Trump.
Another theory is that Qanon is a kid in his basement conducting a Live-Action Role-Play (LARP) for kicks, or a Deep State/Military Intelligence psyop designed to keep a populace that is awaking from their Matrix-like slumber from grabbing torches and pitchforks and storming the castle walls.
According to this theory Qanon could be what is known as "hope porn," a "conspiracy theory" with no basis in reality perpetuated by less-than-scrupulous internet media personalities that follows a dramatic theme as old as written language; "the cavalry is coming and they are going to save us all."
Worse, it could be a psychological operation by agents of the Deep State to protect its infrastructure from being dismantled, and their highest-ranking members imprisoned, to dampen the desire of the American People to take matters into their own hands as their criminality is exposed via the declassification of emails and documents from the Obama administration and his DOJ/FBI that prove the former President and his minions spied on, and tried to sabotage, the incoming Trump administration.
Either way, I am convinced of one thing; Whoever Qanon is (Q+ is supposed to be POTUS himself) he/she/they have access to President Trumps' Twitter account. One year after his election as POTUS, this image was sent out into the Twittersphere from the President's account.
A closer look at the image's meta data shows an unusual filename for the photograph: "DOITQ".
For those into pareidolia...
For me, this one image is enough to strengthen the validity of "Q," and make it worth watching. What do you suppose the odds are of the following happening at once:
The person at the center of the Q phenomenon, President Trump, tweeted an image with the filename "DOITQ" one year to the day after assuming office, just as "Q" begins to drop "crumbs" on the internet, with the thumbs of the people in the photograph held up to be in the shape of a Q?
There are too many "coincidences" in this one photograph to ignore. I will be watching.
EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with Michigan Barber Karl Manke, Target Of Gov.
Gretchen Whitmer's Tyrannical Crusade To Ruin Michigan Businesses.
With the lilting sounds of polka music in the background, 77-year-old
Karl Manke spoke about the trials and tribulations visited upon him by
Michigan's Governor and her jack-booted thug of an Attorney General,
Dana Nessel. Threatened with arrest by the Michigan State Police, Manke
received a short reprieve when 35th Circuit Court Judge Matthew Stewart
ruled that the government could not stop Manke from earning a living
with a "cease and desist" order.
The local newspaper, the Argus-Press, reported twice that the Michigan
Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) had revoked his
license, but Manke says that was a "bald-faced lie." He said that his
attorneys never made any such statement to the Argus-Press as the
newspaper claimed in its headlines. He said, "My hometown paper lied
about me!"
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services appealed Judge
Stewart's decision, stating that Manke’s, “continued operation of a
barbershop posed a significant risk to the public health in light of the
COVID-19 crisis (and) poses a significant danger to the health and
lives of the people of the State of Michigan.”
Manke says he will continue to ply his trade, "license or no license."
He said that the State of Michigan has become a "police state," and
called on his fellow barbers and hairstylists to go back to work. "Be
bold, be courageous, " he said, "It's the right thing to do."

Second Amendment supporters cheered as Bobby Powell, Publisher of The
Truth Is Viral, presented a resolution to make Alpena a 2nd Amendment
Sanctuary county. Michigan for 2A Sanctuary Counties has generated over
90,000 members in their Facebook group in less than a month, with
supporters spread out in each of Michigan's 83 counties.
Bobby Tells The County Commission Exactly How He Feels
As of the end of January, four counties have signed up to support the
resolution, one has voted it down, and several others - including Alpena
County - have put off a decision until their next monthly meeting to
give county commissioners time to digest the information they have been
given.
The resolution making a county a "2nd Amendment Sanctuary" has no force
in law, but is simply a reminder to those who would seek to infringe
upon the rights of lawful gun owners that local officials will not
enforce any laws they deem, in their "sound discretion," to be
unconstitutional.
It also serves to remind county officials of the Oath they have taken to
uphold the constitutions of both the United States and the State of
Michigan. Michigan for 2A Sanctuary Counties is running four candidates
in Marquette County to oppose and replace the Democrats who voted it
down.
This is not, however, a partisan issue. Even Republicans can find their
seat on the county commission at risk if they do not support the
resolution. Republican Alpena County Commissioner Brenda Fournier, a
long-time presence in Alpena's Republican Party, asked, "If I don't vote
for this resolution, does that mean you won't vote for me?"
"That's right!" said Powell, "Absolutely!" at which point the attendees
of the meeting broke out into cheers in agreement. "And so do the people
in this room, apparently."
The vote on the resolution was tabled until the next Alpena County
Commission meeting, scheduled for Feb.25th, 2020. A crowd at least three
times the size of the one that packed the Howard Male conference room
is expected to attend. If you live in Alpena County, it is your DUTY to
attend.
